Seeing blank screens or spinning circles?

If you are seeing a blank, white screen or just a blank screen when trying to view a session, then you can try to hit the Refresh button, located in the top-right of the screen. If this fails then we recommend that you clear your browser’s cache.

Our top tips

  • Make sure you are using the right browser

If you are experiencing loading issues, try a different browser.

We recommend using Google Chrome and Firefox for both Windows and Mac users.

Please note, Internet Explorer (version 11) and EDGE  for Windows and Safari for Mac (all versions) are not supported.

  • Getting the best view

For the best AIDS 2020: Virtual experience, please ensure that you zoom out on your web browser to see the full room view.
If you are using Google Chrome, press Ctrl and – to zoom out. On Windows 10, to set screen zoom, right click on your desktop and select Display settings from the popup menu. Zoom can be adjusted in the popup window.

If you are seeing a blank screen with a spinning circle then the stream you are trying to view has already ended and we are awaiting the next session to begin.

  • Check your system

Please conduct a system check and pay special attention to ad-blockers and firewalls to make sure your system is ready to give you the best possible AIDS 2020: Virtual experience.
